I recently moved over to cell c from mtn and experienced nothing but useless service, I loaded the Bis service which every 10 mins disconnects for no reason called in and advised that this has been a recent problem and has not been fixed which I feel is poor service we are paying for the service and not receiving the joys of utilising the service efficiently
You guys claimed to have many services and stuff but when it's comes to first call resolution, it is useless to hear your agent sound so unassuring of the matter on the phone
I need this matter resolved asap as I will take this matter furthe
