Lost contract, overcharging and FINAL DEMAND!!

About 1 and a half year ago I upgraded to a 2GB for R265 per month. We noticed that we were being charged R265 for 1GB. My husband has made several trips to Autopage to get a copy of the contract but without any avail. He contacted them again on 24/07/2012 to obtain the copy of the contract and again he was told that they must still search for the contract. This has been going on for at least a month. My question is just: Why will I opt to pay R20 more per month for the same GB? I laid a complaint with ICASA and the resolution was as follows:
Monthly subscription of R130.70 excluding VAT
The once off R500 gesture credit
And also not continuing with the contract after April 2013.

I email my cancellation on 01/03/2013. I also phoned them (I have the record). They overcharged me on the last month but my husband did pay the difference while we tried to sort out the credit. We received the credit on 17/04 (after spending more than 30 minutes on the phone) and a FINAL DEMAND on 14/04!!! They couldn't get the cancellation and I was transferred from one agent to another. At last someone told me to email my complaint to [Email Removed] and still no reply!
