I purchased a new phone with my contract upgrade, and within 3 days the phone started restarting intermittedly. After taking it back within 7days, it was sent to be approved for OBF. After a week it was approved and I received a new phone, which also had exactly the same problem. After taking it back the second time, I advised the manager I cannot afford to send my phone away for another week as I already lost more than R3000 not having my phone for business. The manager made it clear that they are not interested in solving this extraordinary situation and that I MUST send it in for another OBF. He even informed me that I cannot cancel my contract, or contact the CEO.
