Adsl line 90% of the time out of orde

I had to fault-report our Adsl-line for the past 4 months almost weekly or twice weekly. According to the technicians the lines in our area are too old and needs to be replaced - we are also too far from the Exchange. I pay for 2gig per month which Telkom cannot deliver. I cannot get any work done!
