Yet more!!! just received an email in reply to my online complaint stating
"Good day, Thank you for contacting Altech Autopage Cellular.
Please be advised that we have contacted the store and they advised that they have informed you that no expected time of arrival has been confirmed from Supplier. They have suggested alternative options.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Do not hesitate to contact us should you require additional assistance.
Well you know and I know that the problem is NOT with the supplier so why keep lying to your customers and blaming the suppliers when it's in fact YOUR warehouse that has issues invoicing devices out to stores as you confirmed with me of Friday?
I think it's time we get advise from the consumer council on this misleading information we keep receiving from Autopage.
