I have been trying for over 4 months now for them to fix my account and still no joy. I have a mtn50 top up with bis which is R108.00 per month, all of a sudden they charge me R264.03 in Oct 2012 I call they said they would reverse the debit now in Jan 2013 I get debited a further R436.31 and every time you phone you get a different call centre person and they try to help to solve it but still no joy its now person No. 5 and still nothing has been resolved that the last one said the ref that I supplied her was not even looked at by the billing department. I am just getting frustrated because they can add any debit to your account with out you knowing and if you don't pay they cut you off I have been with MTN since 1998 AND HAVE NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM BEFORE PLEASE CAN YOU HELP
