In September 2012 i asked for my cell phone contract to be transferred from another person to my name. All forms was signed, completed and send in.By February 2013 this was still not completed. I have been to the branch about 4 times, have dealt with them via email and phone. I phoned again today - 22 April 2013 - it is still not complete. Please advise how a simple transfer is still not complete after 7 months. I do not know who to phone or who to speak to, to get this resolved. All response i get is that 'we will log it'. I am at my wits end!!
