Last week Monday I logged a complaint on Hello Peter but my query is still not resolved. Someone from MTN 173 department phoned me after 5pm on Thursday to say she would sort my problem out. She never left me with any contact details and she said she would phone me back straight away. To this date, I still have no feedback from the branch or the 173 department as to where my daughters Black Berry Bold 9700 is that we handed in for repairs
