No ADSL service for a month

My ADSL is out now for more than a month. The inital tech said he sorted it out. then i had to fight another two weeks to get one out. he eventually comes out and says he cannot fix it, he has to wait for a part. Then eventually they call and confirm a date and time that they will fix it, and then the technicial doesnt pitch.

this is more than a month now after they said they fixed it. We have even been corresponding VIA facebook, but to now avail i work 100 km from home so i asked MANY times to please book a date and stick to that date. i cannot just pop home whenever the techs feel like it.

problem now is that it is costing me money as i have a contract with the people living there that i will provide internet. The 3G bill is killing me and telkom is doing nothing about it.

please just come sort out my lines
