CellC Midnight-6am, still uses normal Cap

My internet uses my normal Cap during Midnight to 6-am instead of the midnight cap. every Moring I check and see that the "peak time" internet is used instead of the midnight to 6am internet although I set my downloader to only download between 12pm and 6 am and made sure that it only downloads between 12PM and 6AM
