I purchased a head device and car charger from the Vodacom Westwood (Durban) branch on the 18-01-2013. Total value of R208.00
I went back to ask for a refund of R169.00 for the head device because it was not compatible with my phone's GPS (which is what I asked the teller for when I purchased the device). The teller took a copy of the slip and promised that I would be refunded within 2 weeks via of EFT. Every time I contact the store I am promised that they will contact me and sort out the problem, but I have only been contacted once in the past 3 months, and I still have not received any money.
Unacceptable that a customer should have to go through so much effort to get a refund.
