Since I opened a contract with virgin I have experienced numerous problems, delayed activation, no signal, email service not activated, phone keeps popping up with error codes. The latest, every 3 months my service gets suspended.
Every solution given has varied from each consultant dealt with and i have been promised the problems will be resolved by numerous consultants, which has not happened.
I can't continue running around trying to get a service I signed up for to work in accordance to what I initially was offered in my contract.
... And now the scroll pad no longer works.( As of 8.04.2013)
