In June 2012 I took a ten Gig contract which came with a 10inch Motorola tablet (Internet 5 Promo), when i arrived@ home the was no internet connection, i waited few days still the error persisted and i called 8ta call center and explained my problem and they explained to me that that option only works within 8ta network only, not in roaming mode.
so i explained to him that in my area no 8ta network is available we are only running in roaming mode, then he asked me if they did check in the store when i took the contract about the network availability in my area i explained no body asked me such a question. So he then told me that it is their fault they should have checked first. after all that i was told someone is going to call me about the matter but up until today i haven't received a call and they are debiting my account and i am not using their service.
