In my area dobsonville I can't get network if I get 3G it will never last for 30 seconds. I have called Mtn 3 times about this problem and the people I spoke to said that they will escalate the problem to their network department. One o them even went as far as to say the network department will call me but till today there is no improvement to the issue and I have never been called. This is bad service I can't use Internet services like bbm or whatsapp I can't even log into the Internet without struggling. Mtn should give me an alternative whether I need to cancel my contract with them and move to a service provider who will meet my needs or if it is my phone that has a problem
