8ta / Telkom Mobile
No Data network!

From the 27th of October I have have no 8ta Network for my Data Contract. The network will only connect to a MTN Roaming Network but this allows me to do nothing on my 60gig day and 60gig night surfer contract, all it says is I have no data left. Apparently 8ta know about the problem but can't fix it! This is in the northern suburbs of Johannesburg the 8ta consultant said. I'm in Northriding.
This is my only means of running my business on the web, So if they cant fix it do I get refunded the R1800, 00 so I can go somewhere else for Internet access?
