This thing started wen l open a jet clothing account in 2005 and thy took my cell phone number an give them to this rmcs without my knowledge, and thy started to send me airtime, immediately, l went to jet [johannesburg bree street to cancel, thy told me its cancelled, in 2009 December l struggled to make my Sim swap because of this rmcs then l phoned them an spoke to the lady who was rude and he said l must have email and fax number the things they ddint ask the time they took my numbr at jet, so that was so frustrating to me, but l got my number back the ada guy helped me with fax an email, lm poor l have nothing l work as a domestic worker an now they put me in this nonsense, then now here is anada problem, thy took my phone off network, l went to arlberton mall to do a sim swap then at vodacom they say they cant do a Sim swap lm not the owner of the sim, l said howcome they say it owns by rmcs, l have to have letter from them, l cant afford that dont have money to phone those people who have the phone that is answered by machine and my money is gone, thy must stop their thing cause is costing us poor people thy must not take our numbers an force us to have contracts with them.
