Sim Swap Request

I got a contract with Autopage through Edgars RMCS and I lost my phone so I got a new sim at Autopage called RMCS to help with a sim swap as I need it for work purposes its been two weeks now since they promised to call me and process it for me and it was never done, I went again yesterday and spoke to Gift who assured me that I will get a call within 24hrs and I did not receive a call till today I spoke to Thato who said they have received my request and I will get a call by today and still nothing and I need that sim activated as I can't be without a phone I need it for work purposes, This is a ref number for the call I had with Gift #1309262504808 Thato refused to give me a ref number for the call for today. I am really unhappy
