On 6 March I returned a (problematic) brand new Samsung to the Sandton City branch for an out of box exchange. I had only had the phone for five days and I had not yet used it. I was told to return it immediately for an out of box exchange.
I then spent 6 weeks waiting and fighting to get a new phone. On the 19 April a 'repaired' phone was returned to me in a piece of bubblewrap. No, box, no charger, no instructions, no earphones, no usb cable - NOTHING. Just a phone in a plastic bag.
Nashua Mobile can expect a call from my lawyer and I will be suing with costs.
