Nashua Mobile Terrible Service

I returned my brand new phone to the Nashua Mobile store due poor battery performance. I was told that I have 7 days to exchange the phone provided all of items (including the packaging) must be returned which I did. I was told a new unit will be ordered, however a few weeks later I was called and informed there is nothing wrong with the unit and that I should come pick it up. I went to the store and picked up the phone and in the presence of the Nashua Mobile consultant I noticed my earphones were missing which I borught to the consultants attention. The consultant immediately sent an e-mail (with me on copy) to some 'OBF' dept. enquiring about the missing headphones. 2 weeks passed with no response and I eventually had the follow up and I recieved the most pathetic response from them telling me "OBF department does not have any extra headphones" - I sent an e-mail back and have still not recieved a response. I also brought up the fact that I was previously handed an e-mail print from the consultant when I went pick up my phone; the e-mail stated that the phone does not switch on as the problem but actually indicated the battery life is poor. Fed up of this pathetic service.
