I purchased a 60 60 bundle last year, i used up the anytime data, but still had 12GB of night surfer which expires 30 June 2013
i purchased a new 60 60 bundle last month, but the night surfer is deducting from the new bundle and not the old
when i called i was told that theres nothing they can do, unless i use up the 60GB 12GB before June my gripe is why was i not told this when i purchased a new bundle at an 8ta store, because im not being batantly robbed of 12GB of data
legally i dont feel that this is correct as i am the customer and i paid upon the 60GB to be used up within a year, and now i am told otherwise
