MTN Tower not working

MTN Built a cell tower next to my farm a year ago and it is still not working.. We have verry poor signal here and it is costing us money becaus we use celphone collars to protect you sheep..

The tower is situated between Standerton and Amersfoort on the farm of Gert Swart
