BAD SERVICE - NO RESPONSE - NOT EVEN IF I PLEAD

WE SUBSCRIBED TO TELNET SERVICE, THEY PROMISED A SIGNIFICANT DECREASE IN OUR TELEPHONE BILL. OUR TELEPHONE BILL IS NOW ALMOST DOUBLE, THEY SAID THEY SORT OUR TELKOM ACCOUNT OUT, AS WE DONT NEED TELKOM LINES EXCEPT FOR ONE, SINCE NOV, WE ARE STILL PAYING THAT EVERY MONTH AS WELL AS THEIR ACCOUNT. AFTER NUMEROUS EFFORTS TO BRING THIS UNDER THEIR ATTENTION - WE WERE ADVISED WE ARE IN A BIG CREDIT WITH THEM, AND NO DT ORDER PAYMENTS WILL BE DEDUCTED UNTILL PAID UP - STILL THEY RUN THE DT ORDER... I E-MAILED THEM AGAIN REGARDING THIS - THEY SAID THEY WILL RESPOND BY MONDAY 15TH, BUT STILL NOT A WORD. WHEN I PHONE THEY SAY THAT THERE IS STRICKT COMMUNICATION THAT ONLY CHANNAL WORKS WITH OUR ACCOUNT, AND SHE IS BUSY, THIS HAPPENED NUMEROUS TIMES, AND EVERY TIME THEY PROMISE SHE WILL PHONE ME - WHAT A JOKE!!! I LEFT MESSAGES TO THE SO CALLED CEO OVER ACCOUNTS - JOANNE MC DONOUGH, BUT NEVER HAD THE PLEASURE ANSWERING ANY OF MY CALLS OR EVEN BY MAIL. THIS COMPANY IS THE BIGGEST JOKE - I AM NOW TRYING TO CANCEL THE SERVICE - IF I CAN JUST GET SOMEONE THERE TO LODGE IT... MY LAST TWO MAILS, I ACTUALLY PLEADED FOR ASSISTANCE AND HELP - BUT DIDNT EVEN GET A RESPONSE!!!
