I recently good a contract with cell c, I wanted to port my number over to cell from Vodacom. My number went off on Wednesday the 17th today its 19th and I still have no network on both my old service provider and now on cell.
when I contact customer care i'm being sent from door to door and no one sims to know what the issue is.
I feel like cancelling the contract because now for almost five day I wont have any communication.
