VERY DISAPPOINTED AND DISSATISFIED

I am a MTN customer for 8 years now. I had recently got a Blackberry Z10 on contract. On the first day of having the phone it was giving me endless problems. When I went to MTN in Pavillion they made me wait for 2 hours on a Sunday afternoon so that a software update can be done on the phone. When it was finally my turn, the consultant dealing with the updates told me that he could not do anything for me because they did not have any wireless connection in there shop and that the wireless connection that they were using had failed. I was horrified as I watched them do nothing but waste my time. Two months later my phone gets suspended because apparently I had gone over my limit. My bill has never been more than R500. Now I they telling me I have a bill of R3800. I called into there call center twice and two consultants had told me that the bill is R3800 and that nothing can be done until the end of the month (which is in 3 weeks time). two days later while my bill is suspended, I called in again to query and they say the bill is now R4800. Its 3 weeks later and still nothing has been done. I am disgusted with there service and wish never to deal with them again.
