Dear Peter

I did an upgrade through carnival mall vodacom shop, on my kids cellphones, on the 1/9/2013, one of the contracts activated but the other did not, i have been on the phone almost everyday to try and get this sorted out, i contacted vodacom customer care, upgrades and the branch only to find out on Monday that they had no record of the contract, strange as i have the phone in my possession and am unable to use it, due to the data package that i require, after i faxed the contract through to them, they eventually told me today that my contract will kick in on the 1st of December, this is unacceptable as this contract should have kicked in on the 2nd October, that means that we are two months overdue, due to the fact that someone forgot to active the contract on the due date.

I am disjusted with the service i have received from this branch, and vodacom in general, what can i do to get this sorted so that i dont have to wait another month.
