On Sunday 05 March 2013 I submitted the following request: My Blackberry Torch have completely given in and I am 5 months from upgrade and do not want to buy a new device. Is there any possibility for an early upgrade? I received a reference number on the same night and an acknowledgement correspondence 2 days later which read: Good day Thank you for contacting Altech Autopage Cellular. Please be advised that your request has been forwarded to our upgrade department to assist. You will be contacted shortly by one of our upgrade consultants. Kind regards Altech Autopage Online Support.
I followed up telephonically on the email a day later and understood that management is reviewing the request and that I will receive feedback before the end of the day (2013-04-03).
I followed up again two days later (2013-04-05) and the same department could not assist me as they could not see any service requests or correspondence history on my portfolio. I have been a client of Autopage for about 10 years and have not experienced worst service ever.
Once again there is no one available to see whether they can accommodate the needs of a client... 10 years later.
