After logging a call through the Mtn call centre on two consecutive months about an incorrect monthly charge on a new contract, Ihave had no response from Mtn. I followed this up with a visit to the branch on Sunday 14 April 2013 and, to date, I have still had no response, feedback or resolution to the problem. In the interim, which I pointed out to the manager at the branch, Simone Redfern, I am being debited and am paying the higher charge every month. This is really pathetic as this issue was first brought to Mtn's attention in February of this year and I even have an eppix reference number (ref# 97414475), not that that appears to mean anything.
