I purchased a contract cell phone from them which was delivered via courier to me and then i contacted them to explain detail to me which to date they havent so i used the phone according to my own knowledge and since last year oct i've been debited with huge amount way more than the contract amount i queried and complaint with icasa, cell c then emailed me an excel sheet with detail that only an IT person could read and told me my complaint is resolved i replied how the can this be resolved if i only see alot of numbers IT format which does not explain to me what the billing is comprised of! they ignored my emails together with ICASA and sent me an sms today stating i've been listed on the credit bureau... i had to go find out from a friend that the android phones electronically download info and i had to be explained about all these by Cell C who sold this to me without explaining the technical side of how it can impact on me..for some reason their is functions that needed to be deactivated on this phone... when i spoke to a guy call percy fulane he told me that the difference could not be a lot and i must not worry about that the bill is correct, i am not paying them!
