HOW THE DOES THIS HAPPEN???!!!???

I have been with Altech Autopage For many years and NEVER has this happened, Firstly, I have called many times to change account and billing details, and it happened more than once that my line was cut off, and I had to go to absa and make a cash deposit, because the woman at customer care said they will not reconnect my line if I dont make a cash deposit at ABSA, NO EFT was her exact words. Secondly, even though I have turned off the 3G and only make calls on my phone and deleted all the Apps that could be using 3G from my iPhone, my bill have been escalating from R2500 pm to a staggering R7700. AND I AM NOT GOING TO PAY THIS TIME!! I will leave my number here so Autopage can contact me directly (because I know they won't) 0826599957
