I am totally disappointed! Gave my phone in at vodacom to repair it, got a refurblised phone back - thatstill gave me problems! The same happened again when I bought a new phone! Now I'm on my 3rd new bb, 9790, gave it in, today I got a refurblished phone back again!! I haven't even had my phone for 2 months!!! How can you sell bb if its clearly not working!? How can I get a secondhand phone back when I had a new one?? Not faitr!! Its not like bb is the cheapest phone on the market either! If the gave me a sealed new bb out of the box, I wouldve been happy, but no- no after service from bb!!! Done with bb! Back to samsung it is!!
