PATHETIC SERVICE DELIVERY

My wife and I have been loyal customers of Altech Supercall since 1999/2000. My phone was handed in on 17 January 2013 for a repair on a cracked screen at the Randfontein branch which would have been an insurance claim. A few weeks later I phoned Randfontein and was told that my phone was lost at Head Office. found it and returned it to Randfontein not repaired, the Randfontein branch then sent it back to. I contacted directly. A lady was very apologetic and promised delivery on 19 March (that was already 9 weeks later) 19 March came and went with no phone delivered. When I phoned the Randfontein branch on 19 March, I was told that lost my phone again but it was found and will be delivered soon. I phoned again on 28 March and was told that still hasn't booked out my phone. I have been very patient and understanding. But this is enough. I am so dissapointed with the pathetic service received from both the Head Office and Randfontein branches. It has been 10 weeks already and still no phone. Both contracts expire in 2014 and both will be cancelled. I will definetely tell everyone about the bad service from Supercall and will never make use of them again.
