Inefficient repair service

1. Sony Xperia started giving problems after ten months. First two attempts at repair were covered by warranty. Was told they needed to reload software. Phone still not fixed. Third attempt I get told damage due to abuse and warranty won't cover. Must replace speaker at cost of R1600. The phone still works but only every second or third call is audible. Surely if the speaker is broken every call will be distorted. Seems the cheapest solution for Vodacom is to blame the customer.
2. On all four visits to the shop I was never greeted once by staff. The customer gets ignored even when standing at the desk. When they decide to serve you there is a "couldn't care less" attitude.
