No internet service as from Mid Dec 2012 to date

Hi There,

I have been trying to resolve this internet connection problem with Cell C from middle Dec 2012 to date [my reference number is 3110112013 & 3021202127, I have misplace the Dec 2012 reference number], I have been in touch with the call centre which is useless [ they should close that department down, as the personal are incompetent, especially the technical staff]. To cut the long story short as this issue has been going on for the past four months; I have been in contact with the branch manger at Cresta branch, he was not able to help, as he had to revert this to the region manager, Norman as the region manger was of no help, all I got excuses and each time he contacted me, to date he has not able to come up with a solution. I have been in contact with Mandela, who is at the CEO's office, he has also been of NO help, he has also made excuses and on each contact. To date he has not been able to resolve the problem. I AM TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE LACK OF SERVICE, HONESTY FROM CELL C. This problem all started when Cell C introduce a special pricing on the their data network. N.B. I was requested to had my modem and sim for them to test, and to date.
