Received our mtn bill at the end of September & to our surprise the data bill was R2600, we have had the contract 23 months and have been paying R149 every month. The thing that baffles me is how does a bill go from R149 to R2600 and this month again R2000. We have called 808 to give us an itemized bill but we are still waiting. We have not downloaded or used the data bundle differently from other times. This matter needs to be sorted as I will not pay for something that I don't have proof of. MTN is really taking us for a ride with random billing.
