Account opened without consent

On the 12th of August I received a phone call from a agent at Elite Mobile but I could not speak to the agent so I gave the phone to my daughter. On Wednesday the 11th Elite sent an sms to say thank you for my payment, they have debited my bank account!! On the 13th I received a sms from Vodacom that my cell nr was converted to a contract. When I phone them to acquire why and who gave the authorization to have this to be done, was I told that she could not assist me as the nr I gave her, which I had for the last 4 years, was not register under my name? Vodacom gave me a nr to dial for Elite Mobile as they submitted the request, I was told that I could only phone on Monday (16th) after 9 as they closed their office on a Saturdays at 12:00. I logged a query with Elite first thing Monday morning as to who authorized the" top up 49" account on my name which I never consent to. Later I phoned them again as I have not received any reply from then I was told that it would take about an hour (16/09/2013 14:00. It is now the 17th 10:56 and I just received an sms from Elite -- "Congratulations your line is now active on contract" I whant this account of my name!!! 1
