I went to the above store for their bundle deal yesterday, the Que was so long that some people were right at the door and only two people were attending to us, it later emerged that all the others that were not helping are the 8.ta guys and dont know the product, come on now, teach your staff to multi-task. also what i cant understand is 1) why am i not able to port my own number? that is shocking! 2) is the mobile line top up? 3) why up to 3 weeks to get the installation done (ADSL)?
