I found that I had a debit order from them, when I called to ask about the contract telling them that I received no airtime, they started another contract on my name meaning now they were debiting twice which I never really took note of. When I finally called to enquire about the double billing, I was told there are 2 contracts under my name and gave me the number of my second contract 0824205074 when I told them I know nothing of that number and would like them to cancel it and do a quiry, I was told I would have to pay a cancellation fee for it. It went on until the contract ended last year November and I cancelled it in January but still end of January I got billed for it. So basically I payed full 2years for a contract that I never even used, Elite Mobile points me to Vodacom and Vodacom points me to Elite Mobile. Please help as all this money they have been deducting is a lot to pay for no service.
