We moved our account from Telkom to Vox - big mistake. We signed for a debit order every month witch never happened. We queried this with the accounts department on countless occasions and never got a response or the problem sorted out. Our company name is incorrect on the account and also they never fixed that. Now our account has been suspended because of non payment.
To sum up - bad service all the way round from sales, to installation, to call center, technical department, managers and accounts and billing - pathetic non-existent service.
