I took out 2 contracts with elite mobile. The phones were not even a month old when both back covers paint started peeling. Upon contacting the call centre i was told blatantly that theres nothing they can do.when i asked them if i should pay for a product they replied, "your waranty doest cover it and theres nothing we can do".i have been trying to get asistance with this since December.
the salesman was quick to give me all types of extra services which i did not ask for and i still got billed for that.but when i need asistance i cant get it.i hope somthing can come out of my hello peter complaint. If not i will be going to the cpa
