Unusual depletion of Data bundles

Hello Peter- on the 2nd of october I topped up my Bis lite service of 200mb of data and there has been an unusual depletion of my data bundles. I have always used my phone just about the same manner as I have before if anything I downloaded less this month and remember I am familiar with the 200mb BIS we had to use it because Mtn introduced it a while back and it lasted for a month still. Now I'm struggling to understand how my 200mb of data can deplete so quickly to a point wher I only have just a quater of 200mb left in a week? I would like to know what happened to my bundles if possible I want to see my usuage. Usually I'd have atleast 50mb left over by the expiry date but now its a quater in the first week. There last consultant I spoke to told me he'll transfare me to another department to log a call but I ended up where I started. I want a detailed report of my data bundle usuage.
