I RECEIVED MY CELL C BILL IN OCTOBER AND WAS CHARGED AND EXTRA R190, WHEN QUERIED MANY TIMES WAS TOLD DATA USUAGE[I HAVE A BLACKBERRY CONTRACT-UNLIMITED]REQUESTED PROOF OF SAME AND TO DATE NO REPONSE.I EVENTUALLY PAID AS DUE, AND WAS CAREFUL ON MY USUAGE STILL EXPECTING FEEDBACK FROM CELL C.NOVEMBER INVOICE WHICH I HAD TO REQUEST AN EXTRA R81, TO DATE I HAVE NO RESPONSE AND YET YOU ARE EXPECTED TO PAY.THIS IS A 'RIP OFF'HOW MANY CUSTOMERS IS CELL C DOING THIS TO, ESPECIALLY IF ONE HAS A DEBIT ORDER AND DOES NOT CHECK MONTHLY.I SENT TO CEO OFFICE WITH E-MAILS AND STILL NO RESPONSE.
