I got a sms on 16 April stating that my account is in the red and I need to pay otherwise they will suspend my number. So I went to there shop in The Grove mall to find out what the amount is that I need to pay. It should be about R40 to Max R200. They show me that it goes back to Feb 2011 and further. I upgraded my account in January 2011. When I ask them from exactly when it was that I didn't pay she gives me a number to call. Thanks for sorting out my problem!!! This money That I owe them is the money they should have refunded me for the mess up with the data sim they didn't deactivate 2 Years back!
