If I get one more sms from Cell c saying that they are handing me over for R200 after I have cancelled my account 2years ago!!!
I cancelled my husbands cell c account as well because you are useless and what happen the end of November you still did a debit on his account.
It is not acceptable they are quick to give you a new contract or hand you over but when it comes to cancelling your contract they are useless and still take you money out of your account and if you take them on about it it is as if you never cancelled.
I want my account and my husbands account sorted out today. while you are sorting that out I will make an appointment with my lawyer in the mean time.
I really wish cell c can close down what is the point of having a service provider but they cant do their work???
2years after cancelling my cell c contract I still have to sit the incompetence I am not even a cell c customer!!!
