I wait over an hour to get through and when I eventually do get through they block my sim card for no reason than after I get it back on I can not get my BIS to work, so I phone again just hear that I must wait for an sms that will come in 2 hours, I have been waiting 24 hours and still nothing, when I try the *147# way it refuses to let me buy BIS and say call 140 or try later after I tried it several times. It is time for costumer service to get training.
