I signed an upgrade contract about 2 weeks ago. I received the phone late (only received if 29th Apr) after I specifically requested delivery no later than 26th April 2013 as it was my daughter's bday on the weekend. The upgrade was to switch from Cell C to Mtn. The Cell C sim card was discontinued on 1 May. The MTN Sim card is still not functional (5 days later) - states service is suspended. I have requested and begged for help, and every time I have to hear wait another 24 hours! I will not WAIT another 24hours. This is unacceptable. I also want to be reimbursed for the period that I did not have net work coverage due to lack of professionalism on the IT side of Nashuamobile. I NEED SOMEONE TO STEP IN NOW! NOT LATER THIS AFTERNOON - NOW!!! It is shocking that every time I need to hear wait another 24hours.
