This is my third post complaining about the poor Customer service experienced with MTN Head Office. I have been promised feedback every time, so that my complaint can be dealt with but these promises fall empty. Hopefully I will get some feedback and assistance to resolve this matter on this occasion and not a "pass the buck" attitude with no actual assistance.
