I have logged a complaint in January 2013 ansd still have no response, My agent doesnt get back to me, i email continuosly asking for feedback. It seems CellC does not have competent people that can solve issues and once the problem seems complex they ignore you.there is nowhere where a customer can go to get personal assistance and each time when you call the call centres they pass the buck.
