I have simply requested on the 3rd of jan for customer care on 082155 to deactivat bb10 as I have downgraded to a 9360 from a Z10, they had informed me that this would take 24hours which I then waited with no result, after numerous calls I've had no satisfaction and calls being dropped whilst in conversation trying to get someone to help me, I was then informed on the 6th that my bb10 had been deactivated and that I can purchase normal bis for my 9360 and that it would be active within 1 to 24 hours, which I then did on the morning of the 6th, up until now I have no bis and after phoning vodacom a 7th time, the cal had been dropped and I was told to have a nice day with no resolution for a service I paid for, what more do I need to do to get a service from vodacom that I paid for, whom is gona compensate mme for the days I have now paid for and had no service!!! pathetic!!! I'm very unhappy.
