I have been waiting for a phone since 26 March 2013, I did all the phoning never got a call back no feedback, promises was made to me that it would be ready, but it is like never ready systems are always down and if it is not the sim it's the phone, managing all this seems to be all about making promises and not sticking to it, I spoke to 4 other people in the company I work and they all have similar issue with this shop seems like there is something very wrong at the store, BAD name for Mtn, service. Seems like this particular Mtn Shop is lacking expierience and feedback. I've been waiting 3 weeks now for a phone since I ordered it and there is excuse after excuse every day, I should be picking it up today but will see it they have another excuse then will have to go look for another Service provider as this is rediculious service WORST ever!!! Beware of the Westwood, westville Mtn shop!
