BAD SERVICE AND FALSE PROMISES

I am paralysed and was in a car accident about three months ago. My car was taken to Galliga Autobody in Midrand through my insurance wich were just as useless. Since my car has been there they have made me false promises of when my car will be ready. They always have excuses like they ordered the wrong spares or still waiting for spares then they get spares and it not the right spares, then my car is in assembly then they are still waiting for something ect ect... I always have to phone and ask how far they are and when it will be ready for I need my car desperately for I am in a wheel chair and cant just jump into any car and drive, I have to depend on people to drive me up and down. Its been over 2 months my car standing at Galliga and I have to struggle in the meantime for they didn't even supply me with a car to drive for they do not have courtesy cars for disabled people like me. I am fed up and very disappointed with their services. I got so fed up and told them not to phone me until the car is 100% ready. But still they phoned me in this week telling me it will be ready today. My wife phoned today before we would have gone through and now again its not ready! Its unacceptable
